LMCT+ is a membership and giveaway platform founded by Adrian Portelli, an Australian property developer and media personality known for high-value online giveaways and his appearances on The Block. The brand expanded into fuel retail on 23 April 2026 with the opening of its first branded service station at 343 to 349 Plenty Road, Preston, in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Portelli's company acquired the freehold of an existing service station site and rebranded it under the LMCT+ identity. At the launch, the company publicly indicated plans to expand to as many as 50 sites nationally over time, although no further locations have been confirmed.
LMCT+ uses fuel as a customer acquisition channel for its broader subscription business rather than as a standalone retail margin. At the Preston launch, the site advertised unleaded petrol at 99.9 cents per litre, a level well below the surrounding Melbourne market average of close to 200 cents per litre. Premium 95, Premium 98, and diesel were priced closer to typical metropolitan rates. Because the discounted fuel is restricted to active LMCT+ members, the headline pump price visible on price aggregation services is not directly accessible to the general public. Drivers comparing LMCT+ Preston against neighbouring stations should factor in the membership fee when calculating the effective cost per litre, and should not expect to fill up at the discounted rate without an active subscription.
Access to LMCT+ fuel pricing is gated by an active LMCT+ membership rather than by a points-based loyalty programme. Public reporting around the Preston launch described two main pathways. A general LMCT+ membership priced between 20 and 100 dollars per month, depending on tier, bundles fuel access with the platform's giveaway entries and other retail benefits. A fuel-only annual subscription priced at 99 dollars and 99 cents grants access to the petrol-station discount without the broader giveaway features. Membership terms and pricing are set by LMCT+ directly and may change. The brand does not currently participate in the mainstream Australian fuel discount schemes such as Woolworths Everyday Rewards, Flybuys, BP Rewards, or Qantas Frequent Flyer.
All retail fuel sold in Australia must comply with the Australian Fuel Quality Standards regulated by the federal government, regardless of the retailer or membership model. LMCT+ has not publicly disclosed a refinery partnership or proprietary additive package. Members purchasing fuel at LMCT+ Preston receive standard specification ULP 91, Premium 95, Premium 98, and diesel that meets the same legal specifications as fuel sold by major branded retailers in the same suburb. The value proposition is in the price, not in a differentiated fuel product.
